Delete your data

You can ask Sarkari Khaja to delete everything we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +977 984-3820714 from the number your account uses, and say “Please delete my data”. Messaging from that number shows us that the request is really yours.
2. If you still owe a balance, we will tell you the amount first.
3. We delete your account, orders, payments, requests and chat history within 30 days, and confirm on WhatsApp when it's done.

What is deleted

Your phone number, name, orders, payment records, requests, chat history with our bot, and any login sessions. Messages you sent also remain in WhatsApp itself, under WhatsApp's own policies.
