This policy explains what Sarkari Khaja (“we”, “us”) collects when you order from us on WhatsApp or use sarkarikhaja.com, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your WhatsApp number. It identifies your account, both in the chat and when you log in on the website.
- Your WhatsApp profile name, as WhatsApp shares it with us, or a name you give us.
- Messages you send to our WhatsApp number: menu choices, orders, requests and questions.
- Your orders: items, quantities, prices, notes, dates and status.
- Payments we record: amount, date and method (for example cash or eSewa). We do not collect card or wallet details.
- Login codes: one-time codes are stored only in hashed form and expire after 5 minutes.
How we use it
- To take, prepare and deliver your orders, and to tell you when their status changes.
- To show you your order history, payments and the amount you owe.
- To reply to your requests.
- To log you in to the website with a code sent to your WhatsApp.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.
Service providers
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) carries the messages between you and us. See WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores our data.
- Mail Mario delivers our internal daily report to our own staff.
Cookies
When you log in, we set one cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, orders and payments while you are a customer, so that your balance and history stay correct, and for as long as we need them for our accounts afterwards. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
Your choices
- See your data: log in at sarkarikhaja.com/login.
- Correct it, or ask what we hold: message us on WhatsApp.
- Delete it: follow the steps on our data deletion page.
- Stop messages: just stop messaging us. We only message you about your own orders, payments and requests.
