Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order from Sarkari Khaja on WhatsApp or use sarkarikhaja.com. By ordering, you agree to them.

Orders

• An order is placed when you confirm it in the chat or on the website, and we then confirm it back to you.
• Prices are the ones shown on the menu at the time you order. Your order keeps those prices even if the menu changes later.
• If something becomes unavailable, we will tell you and adjust or cancel the order. Cancelled orders are not charged.

Payment and dues

• Your amount due is the total of your orders that weren't cancelled, minus the payments we have recorded.
• We record each payment when we receive it and confirm it to you on WhatsApp.
• If your balance looks wrong, message us and we will check it with you.

Your account

• Your account is tied to your WhatsApp number. Keep your login codes to yourself.
• We may pause ordering for an account, for example if dues remain unpaid.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
